The staff of Diligent Investigative Services, Inc is comprised of experienced retired NYC law enforcement personnel. Incorporated in 2002, Diligent Investigative Services, Inc is currently owned and operated by one of the original founders, Paul W. Daly. Paul is retired from the NYC Police Department and was a Lieutenant with thirty four years of experience. He retired as the Commanding Officer of the Bronx Major Case, an elite unit within the Organized Crime Control Bureau. The majority of his investigations involved wiretaps, photo and mobile surveillance, debriefing of witnesses and analysis of public records. All investigators are retired detectives or supervisors from the NYPD. The backgrounds of the investigators vary from precinct detectives to those that conducted investigations into drug related homicides. The mission remains the same – provide the best service to each and every client both large and small.
